The Booking Process
Step 1: The Questionnaire
Begin by completing the event floral questionnaire. This allows me to understand your vision, aesthetic, and event details so I can thoughtfully prepare for our conversation.

Step 2: Consultation & Custom Proposal
We’ll schedule a consultation to connect and talk through your color palette, floral preferences, design needs, and event logistics. Following our conversation, I’ll create a custom floral proposal tailored specifically to your celebration.

Step 3: Securing Your Date
Once your proposal is finalized and pricing is provided, your date is officially reserved with a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer, due within 7 days of the proposal completion date.

Step 4: Final Review & Details
As your event approaches, we’ll meet briefly to review the floral plan, confirm logistics, and make any final adjustments. The remaining balance is due following this meeting and no later than 30 days prior to your event date, allowing you to enjoy the weeks leading up to your celebration with confidence and ease.
